At Modern Marketplace FZC LLC, we aim to deliver your orders quickly and securely across the United Arab Emirates. We currently provide delivery services only within the UAE and do not offer international shipping at this time.

Orders are usually processed within 24 hours of confirmation and delivered within 1-2 days, depending on your location and product availability. During peak seasons or promotional periods, delivery times may vary slightly, but our team always strives to ensure timely dispatch.

We offer free delivery on all orders from AED 100. For orders below AED 100, a small delivery fee will apply, which will be clearly shown at checkout before payment.

Our delivery partners will contact you before the delivery to confirm your availability. In case of missed delivery attempts, they may reschedule at a convenient time. Please ensure that the delivery address and contact information provided during checkout are accurate to avoid delays.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS containing your tracking number. You can use this tracking link to monitor your order status until it arrives at your doorstep.
