Ordering and Payments

You can place your order directly through our website URL: modernmarket.ae. We currently accept payments through Credit/Debit Cards, Google Pay (GPay), and Cash on Delivery (COD). Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email or SMS with your order details and confirmation.

Shipping and Delivery

We deliver products only within the United Arab Emirates. Orders of AED 100 and above are eligible for free delivery. For orders below AED 100, we charge flat rate of AED 15 at checkout. Standard delivery time is between 1-2 business days.  depending on your location and product availability. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Returns and Exchanges

All products sold on Modern Marketplace FZC LLC. are non-returnable and non-exchangeable due to hygiene and safety reasons. We recommend reviewing all product details carefully before placing your order. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery along with clear photos, and our support team will assist you accordingly.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS or email with a tracking link. You can use this link to monitor the status of your order until it reaches you.
